Dialogue for Peaceful Change

Community leaders working in the field of social change are on the front line of building and rebuilding society and frequently deal with conflicts. To be successful in their endeavors, these leaders must acquire specific skills to enable them to address a variety conflicts. Dialogue for Peaceful Change (DPC) seeks to professionalize the acquisition of the skills needed by local leaders to address the conflicts they encounter at all levels in their daily work. ONA works in conjunction with Vesper Society to make these programs possible.

  • DPC is training for leaders, such as you, to learn the creative and practical skills required to assist those in conflict to move through change peacefully.
  • DPC is part of a global coalition dedicated to creating safe spaces to overcome division, through a structured process of mutual empowerment in communities, organizations, families and between individuals.

Check it out. Go to the web sites of the training centers listed below. The process is the same, but the timing, location, or leaders may make a difference for you. Send a person who might best use the process in your setting and many more in your community relationships.
